Yes. I know. Hatsy turned 1 year old over FIVE months ago. After two months went by I decided that it was too late to post, but then I thought about it and realized that this blog has always been about having a space to keep our families memories in one spot. So here I am, blogging Hatsys One year birthday party.
SInce Hatsys birthday is in the spring I decided to do a “Some”bunny” turns one” theme. There was already bunny decorations out galore since Easter was a couple of weeks away. I thought it turned out adorable.
I bought the plain white cake at Meijers and just added the flowers and ears! I made the cupcakes from a box and added oreos to the top!! 
This was my first time trying royal icing for sugar cookies. I need a lot of practice bit I think they were OKAY for my first try! 
My niece has a dairy allergy, so every party I make Rice Krispie treats! I use dairy-free butter in place of regular butter and everything else is DF!
