If you follow my photography business you know I am extremely passionate about motherhood photo sessions.There is just something so special about the bond between mamas and babies and I whole-heartedly believe that that should be documented. So I knew that I wanted to get photos of me with my babes for my Mothers Day gift. I also knew exactly who I wanted to take them! Lauren with Lauren Ann Photography captures moments so well and I wanted that. Our apple trees were also blooming around the same time and they were just so pretty I knew that was where I wanted to take them.
The week before our session the weather was BEAUTIFUL. The perfect warmth with sun. The day of our session it was FREEZING. We woke up in the morning with snow! In April! Despite the weather we went ahead with the photos. The girls were troopers even though they were freezing cold and we kept Nolan totally wrapped until we actually needed him and then only shot with him for a couple of minutes at a time. Despite all this we still got some amazing images.
I love love being a mom and I love how my relationship with each kid is different. I love how different the girls are becoming and I love seeing that captured on camera. These photos mean so so much to me.
