I don’t have a bitty baby anymore. In fact, in not much longer, I am not going to have a baby at all. Guys, this month Hatsy GREW. Physically, mentally, you name it. She’s unstoppable.
It’s been freezing this last month so we have had plenty of time. Indoors. Hanging out. Getting our routine back after the crazy holidays. Hatsy and Eloise have found ways to really play together and it’s literally the best thing I think I have ever witnessed in my life. I love the games they are learning to play. Mostly, “HATSY’S COMING” to which Hatsy just crawls in the general direction of Eloise and Eloise runs away screaming. It’s hilarious, especially to the girls.
This month Hatsy’s personality really came out. I mean, like REALLY came out. My once sweet, content baby, is now a sweet, content and occasionally LOUD baby. Girl gets HYPED UP. About once a day Hatsy gets a burst of energy and she dances, screams, shakes, climbs, laughs and just all around, has fun. It’s hysterical to see this calm baby go nuts occasionally. She’s got a pretty funny sense of humor that one.
She is:
- So smart. SHe can figure out things pretty fast.
- Standing up/walking against anything. Shes even “tried” to take a few steps.
- Climbing. Chairs, stairs, boxes. You name it, shes on it!
- Teething. Still. She still has those two itty bitty bottom teeth.
- Talkative. Saying Mama, Dada and we *think* the occasional “yeah”. It’s adorable.
This month she:
- Brought in her first New Year! ( Sleeping, of course)
- Played int he snow for the first time!!
- Celebrated Grandpa Atwood’s birthday with Mexican food!!
- Had a playdate with LOTS of babies due the same month!
I am really bummed I didn’t find time to blog any of the holidays, because it really was magical with two little kids this year. Maybe I will just do a delayed Holiday post?
